MAKEUP
SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 DEPOSITS
In order to secure my services for
your date, I ask for a minimum of 25% non-refundable deposit to be paid no
later than 7 days after your initial enquiry and quotation, which can be paid
in cash or bank transfer. If no payment is received within this 7 days, your
date will be released and available for booking by other clients.
The remaining 75% balance is to be
paid no later than 14 days before your event date.
Last minute bookings (those with 14
days or less until the date of event) in payable in full upfront in order to
secure the date.
2 TRAVEL
CHARGES
A fee will be charged depending on
locations
All costs for travel to a booked
event are to be paid by client. Costs may include, but not limited to :
airfare, hotel, transportation and parking.
SUSTENANCE
For bookings where I am to be there
for longer than 4 hours, a light snack would be appreciated.
BOOKINGS
To secure a date for special
occasions, photoshoots, or weddings, a signed contract is required with a 25%
deposit due at the time of signing. The deposit is non-refundable and
non-transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only
be reserved when a signed contract and deposit are received.
BOOKING
TIMES
A start and end time will be agreed
by client and Eyra Rizal MUA. Each makeup requires a certain length of time to
be finished, the usual timeframe is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and a
half per person. When reserving your date, book accordingly. Any additional
makeup needs outside contract will only be performed at the discretion of the
makeup artist. All persons involved in makeup appointments need to be available
at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to not break the contract.
All makeup for more than one person
must be at the same location and consecutive times (no gaps in between)
DOUBLE
BOOKING CLAUSE
Due to potential scheduling conflict,
if prior booking change of time and or locations and it causes tardiness or
inability to perform services for your booking we adhere to the FCFS (first
come first serve) policy whereby the requests of clients are attended to in the
order that they reserve their services.
Eyra Rizal MUA obligation to give
services hereunder is subject to unavailability of the Artist as the result of
sickness, accidents, acts of God and other reasons beyond the Artist’s control.
SATISFACTION
GUARANTEED
Makeup will be completed to client’s
satisfaction, but it is not to exceed allotted makeup time. Ample time is given
for each makeup upon booking. Acceptance of completed makeup application by
client is acknowledgement by client that makeup is done to her/his
satisfaction.
TRIAL
MAKEUP
Trial makeup (consultation) is
available for services that do not include one. The additional trial makeup
service is limited to 2 hours. This is a separate fee and is due when this
service is rendered. Please call a least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a
trial should you not be attend, otherwise it will be counted as a missed appointment
and added to the final balance.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Eyra Rizal MUA reserves the right to
terminate this contract for any non-compliance of terms, contract will become
void and all money given are non-refundable. This booking arrangement cannot be
changed after the Artist arrives for the appointment.
If Eyra Rizal MUA can no longer
perform services for any reason, she will provide a recommendation for a
replacement makeup artist, it is at the client’s discretion whether the go
ahead with the replacement makeup artist.
Client agrees that the refund of 100%
of the deposit is the only liability to Eyra Rizal MUA and all of its owners,
employees and agents.
SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Location of service for
the day of the event will be discretion of the client, but there are certain
requirements the makeup artist needs to complete the makeup. A “set up”
table/work area needs to be made available for use by the makeup artists at
said location.
Working electrical
outlets must also be made available for use by the makeup artists. Ample
lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for
services to be performed properly.A high chair or bar stool
is requested but not necessary. Please let Eyra know if a chair cannot be
provided. Eyra Rizal MUA will not be held liable for any injuries that should
arise while on location. Remember to wear a button down shirt or dressing gown
so you don’t mess up your style while getting dressed.
LIABILITY
All brushes, tools and makeup
products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application.
Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior
to application and if need be, a sample test makeup may be performed on the
skin to test reaction.
Client agrees to release the makeup
artist Eyra Rizal MUA from liability for any skin complications due to any
allergic reactions.
PAYMENT
The final balance is due 14 days
before the event date with no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the
entire balance of payment is the person(s) who signed the booking contract.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash or bank transfer.
